search for it…)? There you will find a helpful free video. This made it
easier for Heather to eliminate her stomach fat. Perhaps it will help you
also.
This works a lot, i do this everyday, like even i am on school, i also do
this at home, then you can shake your arms so the fat can be lose, try to
dance also then spend a little time for your daily exercise
but exercise probably just ain’t enough… you have genes to blame too…
i’m been working out a lot, and been seeing results in my legs, but as my
thighs get smaller my lower legs become bigger and muscular, now they have
like, the same size… T_T

active in a sport. But this just helped me tone it. I did it an hour
maximum day. So basically, maybe do 10-15 minutes i the morning. Then
spread out the rest.
everyones bones are a similar size. even a tall person’s bones doesn’t
guaranty they are that bigger than a shorter person’s. you are just fat. no
offense.
the exercise wont make your leg skinny skinny, but will slim your calves
and tone your thighs, and like he said, anyone could have tiffany’s legs if
you do this 3 times a day

I think calf muscles can look really attractive, but I guess that’s a

if you do everyday(three times a day) dont except it to do once or twice
and you have skinny legs .
Avoid jumping on your toes; by doing that makes your calf muscles more
muscular. Jump on your heels.
