Sone what just happened to SNSD is the real world. It is a rude awakening
to Jessica, the other members of GG and their fans. For any fan who has
never started a business, please try to understand that it takes a 24/7 365
days x 3-5 year commitment for it to be successful and sustainable. I speak
from experience, it is all consuming. In a nutshell, what Jessica was
trying to do at this time required super human abilities with or without
the help of SNSD, her company or her family. If you know SNSD, you know
that the quality of music and performances they produce also requires an
abundant amount of commitment, especially when a once in a lifetime and
maybe the grandest concert in their career is in its planning stages. There
is no physical way Jessica could have totally committed to both SNSD and
Blanc at this time without a major fallout. From a human stand point, the
decision to release Jessica from SNSD activities now is probably the best
in the long run. The writing was on the wall, Jessica did not have her
heart in SNSD any longer to the same extent as the other members, she was
already working out the details of her exit strategy while they were
preparing for the China fan meeting. Sone put your feet in the shoes of the
other members who are also trying to prepare for the Tokyo Dome concert.
Don’t forget this is their livelihood at the moment and probably most don’t
have an exit strategy in place. Isn’t it only natural for one to feel
betrayed, disappointed, fearful, stressed, hurt knowing that Jessica’s
recent activities was showing you in plain sight that the bond you believed
in for most of your life was being severely tested. Despite her words, her
actions spoke the truth, Jessica had already decided her path but just
didn’t or couldn’t admit it. I respect the remaining members of SNSD for
seeing this truth and making the hardest decision in their lives as SNSD by
letting Jessica seek her personal goals now without the burden of SNSD
responsibilities weighing her down although she had previously committed to
them. I believe that their love for Jessica is what allowed them to let her
go so that she could succeed sooner than later and not be so entwined with
complexities and complications she would experience if she did not make a
clear choice immediately. I don’t doubt that the other members understood
the fallout from their decision but were nevertheless willing take on that
burden to let Jessica leave without much tarnish to save her image with the
fans which she is relying upon for the success of her business. From a
business standpoint SM is actually being very magnanimous; if one of my
employees did what Jessica did, she would be out of a job and I would even
consider suing her for loss of business revenue. If it was possible for
Jessica to wait just a bit longer to pursue her personal goals, maybe she
would have had her beautiful ending with SNSD that she most dearly wanted.
But that didn’t happen and this is the real grown-up world. SNSD is now 8
members willing to commit 100% to continue its journey in music history
despite losing Jessica to her personal ambitions. I wish Jessica success,
maybe one day she will thank her friends, the other 8 members of SNSD for
seeing that she had already made the first step and that they helped her
make the next one into her new world. I also hope Sone will begin to accept
this change and continue to support the remaining members of SNSD because
more than ever the love and support from Sone is what Taeyeon, Sunny,
Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun need right now so they
can believe they made the best decision for Jessica and themselves.

I know some Sone will hate me for my words but I hope they will one day
accept that Jessica had already chosen a path away from SNSD sooner than
later by previously investing a lot of money and personal capital towards
the next chapter in her life before this all became public news.
