I love the song. I see many people disliking it. I’ve noticed that kpop
fans, people who actually listen to kpop, hate and criticize songs that
sound so different (I Got aBoy, f(x)’s Red Light) while those songs are
praised by international critics exactly for the same reason. I LOOOVE THIS
SONG!! I was not expecting something like Twinkle and I’m glad they didn’t
repeat

Personally I like it a lot. K-pop and its fans are always about the
*catchiness* of a song, but sometimes a good song doesn’t have to be catchy
you know? Similarly a really catchy song may not be a good song. I like how
SM is trying to have a different style of music away from the K-pop
stereotype and besides, you know they’ll make tons of money from such songs
anyway.
