many CFs, but Taeyeon is just a fan magnet lool. She has the most fan base.
This is normal though, there is always a person like that in a group.
For example, in Exo-k; The visual is Sehun, the face is Kai, but Baekhyun
has the most personal fans.
YoonTae are the most popular members…both has the Most Natural Beauty in
SNSD and both have the most number of fanboys but Taeyeon is the most
popular between the two.Yoona often appear in different dramas and CF
unlike Taeyeon who rarely appears in CFs specially dramas but you can
notice that Taeyeon have so many fans like Yoona.So i think Taeyeon really

I think Taeyeon attracts both fanboys and fangirls (especially), that’s why

on SNSD’s popularity… Taeyeon, i think she has 40% fanboys and 60%
fangirls, meanwhile Yoona probably has 75% fanboys(?) ?? You know, fangirls
are more hardcore than fanboys, and i think that’s one of the reason why
Taeyeon is more popular than Yoona.. Btw, it’s Korea, the most popular

To be honest, both of them are really popular but personally I think YoonA
is more popular/well known because she is a very first person who get
attention since the day snsd debut. She’s also a actress, presenter, mc and
even her name is mentioned by other idols a lot more while Taeyeon get more
fanbase. She is a great singer and leader. I feel that Taeyeon almost has
no anti. She’s got a whole lot of love from fans whereas YoonA always get
those antis and still some fans are dislike her somehow; too much getting
spotlight in snsd -..-
Overall in korea, it’s Yoona. She has the most exposure so she will be
known by most Koreans including young through snsd and old through cfs and
dramas. Taeyeon is more popular overall, she is recognized for her singing,
innocent-like personality and the “symbol” of SNSD. Of course, both are
popular because they are attractive to a large variety of people. Though
the other members are not falling short by much in popularity either.

I know some fans may argue that YoonA should be the most popular member in
SNSD, but I have to agree with this, Taeyeon has the whole package deal
although she’s a shorty but that’s make her even more unique, she has the
voice, she can dance, she can do musicals, MCing, she’s a great leader, she
can be a dj, she can compose songs and draw and she has that unique charms
and stunning visual. And considering she has the most number of fans all
over the world. :D
