personally, I prefer SNSD too, but it’s not because of their music.
frankly speaking, when it comes to music, I would choose 2ne1. but other
than that, I prefer SNSD cuz they are prettier and really funny, especially
on TV show and my favorite is Seohyun. I think she is unique. I watched
SNSD’s documentary and she was acting like a normal student in
the university. that is her own difference from the other members. It
really looked humble to me. cuz If I were SNSD(unfortunately I’m a guy), I
would really show off. and recently, my favorite girl group is Apink. cuz
they are really cute and “Mr. chu” is catchy
I like both, but 2NE1 takes the cake. The last few songs SNSD published
were not the best..
Some people here need to respect her opinion.
I’m not a k-pop fan, but I dance k-pop, so I listen to it. In music, I
prefer 2NE1 because they’re more mature. In SNSD, I really like Hyoyeon too
(Hyo, Sunny and Sooyoung are my favorites), and I like their choreography.

2NE1 is very cool and very rad but let’s face it, GENERALLY for average
girls, SNSD is a lot easier to identify with whether it’s their style or
their songs.
I prefer Snsd c: unfourtunately, I haven’t been their fan since their
debut. I actually didn’t know anything about kpop in 2007. I got into this
k-world in 2010-2011 and Snsd was that light which helped me C: Personally,
I really love their style, I mean everything~ their music, their make up,
their talent but what I love the most is their personalities, those girls
look like a normal girl who has maken her dream come true C: and they care
about their fans, they are just like any of us. As a fan I can feel all the
things they went throught and I admire them for that. Being part of a girl
band is always difficult because, believe it or not, people, especially
girl fans are more interested in boy bands. But, Snsd has known how to
succed even when Kpop was not so popular as right now. If we talk about
2ne1, well, I respect them and I like their songs but I wouldn’t be a fan
of them because I don’t identify myself with any of them. Their songs are
really good but it’s not my style. Their style is more like the American
thing and I’m tired of that. But they are good people, they’re nice.

I personally prefer SNSD (I really like them actualle, S♥NE – Seomate here)
but I totally respect 2NE1′s work (I love some of their songs like Ugly and

I like 2ne1 more probably just because they have really stepped out of the
kpop zone and experimented with their music, with more western-style pop.
But I did like SNSD’s makeup more coz they have this glamorous retro feel
in their new mv.

I know what you mean about the comparison, I love snsd but I prefer 2ne1
because they are the first girl kpop band I listened too so like you said I
feel like I have more of a connection to that group. Though both are
amazing and quite different and it’s hard to compare.

make up they look fresh and naturel . their make up so easy to do not over

I like both SNSD and 2NE1. Both groups are unique in their own ways.
However, I personally prefer SNSD too. I love their music, their fashion
(not just on stage, but also airport fashion and etc.. ), their
personality, their hairstyle and their amazing teamwork. There is something

I prefer 2NE1. I can’t get myself to like SNSD as much as I like 2NE1, I
don’t know I think it’s because they’re just average to me. I like 2NE1 for
their uniqueness, literally they’re the only girl group I like and keep up
to date with. I’ll listen to other girl groups but 2NE1 has my heart lol

when you ask me this question, this will be the hardest question ask to me
about KPOP. WHY? well when i first came to KPOPWORLD i only know SANDARA
PARK for reason and all, then watch some music show here in my country i
was introduce in different kpop group (probably gg, 2ne1, wg and suju) then
SNSD catch my eye because of the song “GENIE” and 2ne1 also because of
DARA. so both girlgroup grow and i learn to like at the same time. though
it’s hard to divide my feelings because that time 2ne1 and SNSD has
competing alot but this day i can probably sa i’m a proud #BLACKJACKSONE i
just love them both that tends me to still choose both group
i went to GG’s concerts for 6 times in my life i absolutely love them even
i didn’t live in korea *__*
Personally, it’s hard too choose between the two groups. They each bring
different flavours to the table. Maybe that’s why some ppl say they’re
incomparable. I guess it just depends on the day, mood etc. which one i
would like more. SNSD was the reason I got into kpop in the first place,
and later 2NE1 just blew my mind with their awesomeness. SNSD’s MrMr is my
morning ready pump up song these days cuz it’s fun.

I feel exactly the same way as you. I’m born in 1991 and I feel like I did
grow up with snsd as I followed them for years closely since 2008. However
recently I don’t like their music, style or comebacks anymore because I
find it not fashionable enough. I don’t like their korean songs as well but
I do like the songs from their japanese albums. Plus imo…they are more
interested in solo activities and finding a partner than being an idol
these days which isn’t wrong. They are considered a legend and one of my
fave groups that I’ve ever loved. I saw hyoyeon and sooyoung really upclose
as well at their 2nd GG tour. They look so much better in real life.
Somehow I’m starting to prefer 2ne1 because I feel that on the whole they
are improving as individuals and also as a team. I love their trendy daring
individual styles and their upbeat inspirational music. I totally agree
that they look better these days! I loved come back home’s album as a
whole. However I like 2ne1 as performers and I did attend their concert as
well, but I’m not a fan of the members as how I was crazy about snsd in the
past possibly because I feel like I couldn’t relate to them in any way.
Snsd first got me into kpop with gee so they’ve always been one of my fave
groups :3

I personally prefer Girls Generation mostly because their music is more my
style, especially when they come out with a cutesy/girly concept. Apart
from Girls Generation i also like are Apink, their music is so lively and
you can jam into it.
Oh, I also like GG’s airport/everyday fashion, especially Jessica’s and
Yoona’s. They are very classy and comfy, sometimes I get inspiration from
them to put together my outfits :)

perfect for the concept that they have But I think that the 2 groups are
