This Is from the DVD, they are singing live, but on the dvd the put the
Playback on . because if they showed it like it is, the fans would be to
loud on the recording, that’s why its always a playback on the dvd’s so
they aren’t lip-syncing. the ballads don’t have fans screaming that’s why
they sound like the live ones, but if you listen you can hear Tiffany’s
notes when she adds more to it then it actually is..
to be bluntly honest, I am usually not that in to hyoyeon’s looks – that
kind of exotic (from an east asian pov), buttery look is generally not my
taste even though objectively, I think people with those features are very
good-looking (prime example – Changmin of TXVQ, who I think nobody can deny
is very handsome). But the smile that hyoyeon shoots over her shoulder at
27:06 just knocked the breadth out of me since it’s so gorgeous but also
such a great smile. I don’t know how to put it, but I love how hyoyeon
smiles because it really looks like it blooms out of some kind of inner
happiness and confidence. it feels more “alive” than some of the other
girls, even if those other girls’ faces are more my type (like jessica, who
i love to look at but sometimes I feel like I am looking at a doll, even
when she is smiling). That is not in any way meant to diss Jessica – people
have different features and different personalities and that’s a good
thing. Pretty pointless comment, but I was just so blown away by that
smile I just had to comment.
Hmmm I have mixed feelings. Ok it sounds great, the songs are good, some
are amazing… but the outfits geez awful, they look… fat (at some point
I was really wondering if Yuri is pregnant and is trying to hide it under
all this that she was wearing). Then all those unnecesary “things” on those
clothes like those giant loops on the pink, buffy dresses. It didn’t look
girly or cute it looked RIDICULOUS. What’s more the outfits didn’t match
the songs (like those sado-maso black leather shorts) generally really nice
concert spoiled by those shitty outfits. Don’t get me wrong I love Girls
Generation and it pisses me off that someone makes them to wear those
things. And I have a feeling watching them that most of the time they don’t
feel good on stage especially Yuri. Come on compare that girl in this video
to their first tour in Japan it’s like two different persons.
I would suggest them wearing some shorts, jeans, t-shirts, shirts, sneakers
and they would look amazing. They are young, energetic women not some
clowns from disney movie!!!
Ok now the good things. Singing really good and even if they are
lip-syncing they STILL had to sing themselves when they were recording it
didn’t they? Especially Seohyun and Sunny they literally save this concert
they do everything they can to stay cheerful despite the things they are
wearing.
God such mixed feeling, such mixed feelings… why, why WHY? And it’s all
because of clothes… it’s f**kin wrong that because of costumes I can’t
focus on music and singing. Thankfully I can always watch and listen their
first concert in Japan especially Beautiful Stranger.
Ok I hope the second part will be better (but it doesn’t change the fact
that those girls DO NOT deserve those awful clothes)

wow Jessica is there too. Ahhh i miss her. is this really from the 2014
japan dome? i am not a real fan, but i really like GG with Jessica, the
group is more lovely,lively and energetic when they perform. i really wish
jessica can return back.
This was so hot and fierce! I’m going to miss SNSD as OT9, they are such a
strong group all together and i will definitely miss Sica’s trademark voice
in the group. SNSD and Jessica hwaiting!! <3
If they ever come the the U.S, I’m paying top dollar to go to that concert!
These girls are bad and give a hell of a concert performance. Still my #1
K-Pop group.
WOW~ No other girl group can have a concert like this!!! Everything was
just so perfect! The stage, the outfits and especially the girls!!!
