I think it’s time for SM to give due credit to jessica’s singing ability.

Maybe I’m not that fair and too subjective to say these cuz what happened
these days:I don’t deny it’s a good cover, beautiful and unique voice,
prefect English accent etc but I can’t feel the emotions of the singer,
just like jessica sing it just for duty not for love of the music as I
always felt it from taeyeon and tiffany’s stages, even tiffany’s faults and
imperfections I still felt her passions. And Jessica preformed other songs
she’d already preformed before, even old songs performed several times
instead of practice more and bring new performances to her first fanmeet
with Chinese maomaos (here another point, before yuri only Jessica had a
weibo to communicate with Chinese fans so she’d be considered as snsd’s
representative member in China to communicate with Chinese SONE, but when
all other members adresse to SONE only Jessica adresse to herself’s fans
MAOMAOS..) I think it’s disrespectful and unprofessional, as I said before,
just like she must sing for duty, and even the duties she must do she
choose to do the least. Also choose a song already preformed by one of her
group’s member she should expect people’s reactions, how could people don’t
compare each other? Mostly of reactions here are people’s fights, I don’t
believe someone had already in this entertainment industry for more than 10
years couldn’t expect people’s reactions. Well I admit I’m a sensitive
person and I took a side,my feelings weren’t only cuz recent events but for
a while I felt Jessica’s tired to sing and dance on stage, also Jessica’s
fans are quite agorant to other snsd members, especially tiffany, I see a
lot said tiffany isn’t good enough for the vocal etc but if you watch tts’
reality shows you can’t be untouched by tiffany’s unbelievable passion of
her singer carrer and her vocal improvement. I’ll never hate Jessica cuz
how can I hate someone I’ve loved so much? But honestly I’m disappointed
Did Jessica’s voice deteriorate through out the years? I’ve been a sone
since the beginning, and honestly IMO, she sounds a lot better back then
than now… Nowadays you can hear how unstable and weak her voice is (esp
in english songs). And yes her voice is strong in the aspect that she can
do a lot of high notes but its how she strains her voice to get there is
what’s weak. Hopefully she’ll overcome this~
There’s no need for comparison between Taeyeon and Jessica. Keep in mind
that both of them sung in different environments. Audience does somewhat
affect an artist’s feeling when singing. Imagine a quiet but attentive
audience to an excited jumpy audience, and it is the artist’s job to
interact well with the fans. Furthermore, Taeyeon’s version was
professionally recorded, meanwhile this is a fancam.
i freaking miss her voice.. she’s too awesome .. and i cant stop listening
to this cover over and over again .. her voice seriously, she know how to
make me fall in love with her sweet voice, her high note, her vibration all
over again .. the one and only female idol that i follow ever since her

Jessica vocals through the years have become unstable. I have to say it’s
not the same anymore. But that doesn’t take away how lovely she perform

Am I the only one who thinks that Jessica is tired of being a singer? It’s
like she has lost passion…of course it’s a fault of sm for putting her
apart for so long (Sm did the same with Onew….I think he’s tired too
:()..I mean, while Taeyeon or Tiffany, for example, do their best in
singing (you can see it while they perform or just because you can hear
their improvements), Jessica just sings because she must (I’m talking in
general, not about this performance specifically). That’s why, I suppose,
she’s been focusing on fashion lately. Another one put apart from Sm is
Sunny but her reaction is different, it’s like she’s still waiting for her
moment to come, while Jessica lost patience. ..the same for Krystal. ..and
I’m sad because I do believe in their talent. At least the other members

I like Taeyeon cover better to be honest not taking credit away from
Jessica it was a good performance but Taeyeon singing in a language that
your not comfortable or fluent in yet takes a lot of effort and plus her
vocals are just flawless :D
I don´t fucking care if Taeyeon did better. This is Jessica´s version and
she did well overall. Not impressive, didn´t show off what she can do but
it was still good. If you like Taeyeon´s better then go and listen to it

It can’t be helped that people are comparing her version to Taeyeon’s.
However, please remember Taeyeon is one of the best female kpop vocalists.
To me, both their covers were good. Taeyeon might have sung it a bit
better, but Jessica makes up for it with the 2nd best voice tone in Kpop
(after Krystal :P) and a flawless English.

Everybody just needs to stfu and enjoy the song. This wasn’t even a serious
performance so why the heck is everyone taking it so seriously and
analyzing EVERY single point? It was just for fun, and the crowd LOVED it.
If it was for something as big as being on tv, she would’ve been way more
prepared not just physically but mentally as well. So stop saying “her
voice got worse” or taeyeon was better because the circumstances were way
different for both of them. Maybe if SM actually gave a f*** about jessica,
she would try harder. I just really hate sm.
I think that Jessica cover is better. Taeyeon is Taeyeon so shes an amazing
singer but i think that Jessica’s voice just has soooooo much technique and
taste and her tone is incomparable. When i ear SNSD singing the ONLY voice
i can pick up from the 9 of them is Jessica! thats why her adlibs are
legendary!
I liked Taeyeon’s version better(though, that’s not really a fair
comparison when Tae’s version is from the DVD and this is a fancam…DVD’s
of the live don’t usually use the audio from the live..or it’s cleaned up),
but I still loved hearing Sica sing. I always felt she had the second best
vocals in the group and harmonized well with everyone. Kicking her
out…they degraded some of SNSD’s quality, IMO. Gonna be so odd hearing
SNSD without her in the future…without her harmonies and high notes with
Taeng. I hope SM still lets her do some solo work…why else would they
have kept her contract and not just fired her completely.

really awesome, I would even say this performance is fabulous. That’s
really a beautiful performance. But if you like other versions better, then

If you just listen to the audio not knowing who it is, it sounds like a
soulless and flat karaoke job that wouldn’t make it past x-factor
auditions.
taeyeon’s voice fit better for these kind of songs because of her natural
deep voice. Whereas jessica’s voice is more nasal/high pitch. Imo taeyeon
carries take a bow better because her cover gives you emotion. Jessica’s
cover is not bad but overall I like taeng’s better :)
Taeyeon’s take a bow is much better than jessica’s. Her vibration is not

some people write under said she is has no soul in this song.
Is there a audio problem becuz I cant really hear jessica voice (so many
screamings from the fans). Also, the sound isnt that great. Normally,
