if you are America or English and you will see that Jessica English was
better than Tiffany.
The only ones who are fluent are Jess and Tiff. Sooyoung and Tae are the
only others who are moderately close. Sunny is a step below them. The rest
have little to NO English speaking capability.
i dont think you can really compare tiffany and jessica’s english since
both are really good and both are from america .
im from america as well , and me and my friends (both chinese) , we can’t
compare who’s english better cuz it sounds the sameish .
Hyo english is not that bad! She can’t pronounce very well.she is
absolutely adorable!

In my opinion :
8. yuri – Because she can not pronounce the words. Maybe she knows a few
words but that does not mean that can use language
7. Hyoyeon – She like yuri can not pronounce this fear that makes a mistake.
6. Yoona – She is afraid to commit a mistake because trying not to say much
the language.
& Sunny – She lived in the United States and does not know the language.
5. Seohyun – She teaches a lot of the language but often make stupid
mistakes.
4. Sooyoung – She is due to the high knowledge of the Japanese language is
also able to communicate in English.
3. Taeyeon – She began by Tiffany lot to learn this language. She can sing
well in English.
2. Jessica – Definitely she’s a lot can. I think that if he had lived
longer in the U.S. she could known more.
1. Of course Tiffany – Nothing more nothing less. She just knows the

English capability isn’t based on just pronunciation. Taeyeon to me has
better pronunciation than both Sooyoung and Seohyun, but her knowledge of
English isn’t nearly as good. Sooyoung can make coherent and full sentences
quickly and is honestly pretty close to fluent. Why do you think she was
chosen to sit with Jessica and Tiffany during that one American interview?
Lol at their faces when Tiffany was speaking English.
Basically, Tiff and Jess will be the first one since they are born and
raised in States but for my second place i’ll go with Taeyeon, she’s not
that fluent but her diction and accent is very good, next is Sunny,
eventhough she’s born in States, she wasn’t raised there so she didn’t get
the chance to learn english as her first language, but for her
pronounciation she’s also good, next is Seohyun, we all know she’s smart
its just that sometimes, her accent is awkward or whatever, then Sooyoung
and the other members isn’t good.
Tiffany is actually better than Jessica and btw Taeyeon is not better than
Seohyun… MAYBE Taeyeon is better than SooYoung but Taeyeon shouldnt be in
3rd
I really don’t get why Taeyeon is ranked no.3. It should’ve been Seohyun! I
mean Taeyeon is really great at singing in English but just because of it,
doesn’t mean she is able to speak English fluently. It’s not about how good
their English pronunciations are. Taeyeon didn’t really speak English so
much in any interview, did she? So in my opinion Seohyun is No.3 in the
ranking. You know she sings really good also.
My ranking is like this(I’m a Taeyeon bias and i’ll be not biased):
1 – Tiffany
2 – Jessica
3 – Sooyoung
4 – Seohyun
5 – Taeyeon
6 – Sunny
7 – YoonA
8 – Hyoyeon
9 – Yuri

Yuri speaks better English than Yoona
Jessica and Tiffany are both great! it’s just that Jessica is very great at
speaking english and doesn’t really get the chance to because Tiffany
always interrupts her and likes to show off her skills at it. But results
are they are both good at it. Good Job Jessica!
jessica should be no.1 she is much better!! ^^
My ranking in terms of pronunciation:

I think Seohyun has a much more convincing accent than Taeyeon, especially
when we saw her imitating Jessica’s “N-O-W, right now!”. Her accent is
quite good, in my opinion. Taeyeon is close to Seohyun’s level, but she
sometimes over-pronounces the letter ‘i’ so that it sounds like ‘ee’, but
nonetheless it’s pretty good. Soo and Sunny are basically tied for me, but
Sunny’s accent is a little more broken than Sooyoung’s at times. Looking at
their introductions in New York, though, they’re pretty much at the same
level. :)
When it comes to singing, they all sound great and good, but when talking
in english, Tiffany and Jessica is always taking it seriously while the
other rest just act dumb, stupid, lame, dorky, cute, and funny. That’s why
I love them!
Hyoyeon’s english voice is adorable.
Yeah. I think Tiffany speaks it better but Jessica sings it better. Both
good

I think regardless of how good at the language they are, the fact that they
try to speak it and sing it is more impressive to me than being extremely
fluent. :)

Jessica & Tiffany are fluent in English, I think SooYoung should be 3rd
because shes pretty close to fluent & understands way more than the others
she just has a pretty thick accent. Taeyon doesn’t speak English however,
her pronunciations are really good even though she doesn’t understand much
of the language.
I am Canadian. Jessica and Tiffany’s English are both good. Just because
Tiffany spoke more English in the concert, it doesn’t mean she is better
than Jessicas.
She just gets more chance. I personally like Jessica’s.

It only makes sense that Tiffany’s English would be a little better than
Jessica’s because Jessica moved to South Korea at a younger age.

hyoyeon can speak english, but she has an accent, so everyone thinks she is
bad… like on instagram she is the only one of the other members (sunny,
taeyeon, yuri, sooyoung) who writes in english (yeah not always but the
most of her photos, i have notice this the first when i found out hyoyeon
has instagram) :))

are the representatives for the Group because they are the top 3 most

For those ladies saying, Jessica speaks better than Tiffany and
interrupting her!! Uh, excuse me they both speak English fluently because
they are from the u.s.! And yes Tiffany deserves first bc she always do
public speaking in English for international concerts. Meeting etc…. So
don’t stop hating and just enjoy the video! Not trying to start a fan war!!
