I think that no group deserves this kind of treatment no matter what they
had done. I wasn’t in KPOP yet when this happened, and I had only heard
snippets that some SONEs were rude and bordering on insane with knifes in
their pockets and stuff. But truth be told, from what I’d heard from KPOP
back in the day, weren’t girl fans more “possessive” of their oppas? I’m
not saying that SONEs aren’t at fault, but this is a two-way thing. And
since I haven’t really seen official clips back in the day which could
translate to SNSD being immature or rude, I’m not gonna comment on that bit
since I have no evidence which I could base it upon.
But I am only sure of one thing. No one deserves this treatment. Especially
since all of them had years of training just to debut, and this wasn’t
really under the things that they should expect once they debut. I know
they might’ve expected some bashing or hating, but i think the didn’t
expect this black ocean.

no excuse to defend what those fandoms did to snsd. But now look at snsd,
they are the #1 girl group, the nation’s group, they represent korea, their
music and these girls are loved and adored in whole asia. Westerns
magazines, critics and people now see what snsd can do. *Thanks black
ocean, you were the reason why snsd raised from the ashes and became the
biggest girl group that ever happened in kpop history.* Sones are so damn
