@nomanforsale Not sure if you were talking to me, but I wasn’t “comparing”
Robotaki and Areia per say, just stating that I loved the work they both
did. Frankly, the fact that they’re so different is what’s great. This
remix is a great example- Areia’s and Robotaki’s “Hoot”‘s sound completely
and totally different, so I get two very different ways to enjoy the same
material. If you don’t like Areia’s work that’s fine, but for those of us
who do, it’s kind of a win-win between him and Robotaki.
First off, really great to hear about the success you’re getting with your
official work! Congratulations! Second, this remix was totally worth the
wait – at the opening I was like, “Oh my god, Robotaki’s done it again,
that GENIUS!” That build up in the first minute then 2:54 onwards is simply
amazing! I love how you not only remix the song creatively but also *build*
the song really well. Thanks, as always!
